What’s In Your Heart?

Just so you know…Today 03/03/2020 I reached the grand age of 70 years. Notwithstanding I and I reckon other septuagenarian have had ups and downs like most people experience in their life. Mine have been near death, bankruptcy, cancer and divorce. Not necessarily in that order, but the thing is, no matter what your situation in life, there is always, always, light at the end of the tunnel.

I guess what I am trying to say is that in the grand scheme of life, what really matters is what’s in your heart. A bit of a conundrum that because selfish and/or insecure people don’t necessarily know what’s in your heart and how you think – without the constant repetition of ‘I love you’ and other such memes.

I have never really been an advocate of that way of thinking for the following reason. Whichever faith you choose in life there is one constant and that is: whomever it was that designed the human body was/is a remarkable deity, if you know anything about your body, you’ll know that it is self-healing. (Without going in depth both physically and mentally depending on your choices in life).

You look after your body and it will ensure you fulfil a life of relative ease and longevity. This, I might include is your mind. Whatever else in life you do, don’t let the demons take over? Think positive thoughts, find out how your body functions (think animal world) they don’t rely on pills and psychologists interference do they? We are basically a member of the animal kingdom after all. It just so happens that we let outside influence’s delude us into thinking we don’t know how to look after ourselves without spending oodles of our well-earned wealth on their methods of recovery. Do your own research

Peace and Love to each and every one of you.

Naturally I'm a lovely person to know, but as D'Arcy says 'My good opinion once lost is lost forever.'

I love comments :-)
